Morum AI provides AI behavioral integrity diagnostics, AI reasoning and reliance assessments, credit-file forensic escalation services, and related advisory work. All services are founder-delivered and scoped on a per-engagement basis.

AI systems can behave unpredictably. Models change, outputs vary, and behavior observed during one review period may not persist. Our findings, diagnostics, and assessments are point-in-time evaluations based on the AI behavior, workflows, and materials available at the time of the engagement. They are not ongoing guarantees of AI system performance, safety, or compliance.

We provide analysis and recommendations. We do not control the AI systems we evaluate, and we are not responsible for how those systems behave after our review, how our recommendations are implemented, or decisions made based on our findings.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We strive to provide high-quality analysis and advisory support, but we do not guarantee specific business, legal, financial, credit, AI performance, regulatory, investor, buyer, or operational outcomes. Results vary based on circumstances, implementation, and factors beyond our control.

5. Electronic Communications and E-Sign Consent

By submitting your email address, scheduling a call, or contacting us through the site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Morum AI relating to your request. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, frameworks, diagnostics, briefs, findings, and materials are the property of Morum AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Client Responsibility

By engaging our services or providing materials, you agree to provide accurate information, confirm that you are authorized to share submitted materials, and use all deliverables lawfully. Unless expressly licensed otherwise, deliverables are for your internal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or used as a public certification or endorsement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morum AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site, services, or deliverables. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on AI assessments, changes in AI system behavior after a review, or implementation of recommendations.

9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court with jurisdiction or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Legal Entity

"Morum AI" is a trade name of ClearMark Credit Advisory, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. All services, agreements, and transactions are legally entered into with ClearMark Credit Advisory, LLC.

12. Third-Party Services

We use trusted service providers to operate the site and business, including hosting, scheduling, payment, storage, analytics, communications, and email platforms. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
