  1. Review. I read your submission and assess fit within one business day.
  2. Scope call. If there's a match, you receive a link to schedule a 30-minute scope call.
  3. Proposal. After the call, I send a fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement letter. No surprises.
  4. Kick-off. Work begins once the upfront payment clears. Most diagnostics deliver in ten to fourteen business days.
