Morum AI respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use this website, contact us, subscribe to updates, schedule a call, or engage us for advisory work.
1. What We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including:
- contact details such as name, email address, company, title, and phone number;

- business materials voluntarily provided for review or scoping; and
- site activity such as pages visited, forms submitted, and device/browser information.
2. Client Materials and Sensitive Information
During advisory work, you may share confidential business information, AI workflow examples, prompts, outputs, review materials, credit records, account documentation, policies, or related materials. We use those materials solely to evaluate fit, scope work, and provide services you request. We do not sell client materials. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers needed to support the engagement.
3. Use of AI and Modern Technology Tools
We may use AI-assisted research, drafting, analysis, or productivity tools to support our work. These tools assist human judgment; they do not replace it. Final recommendations, findings, and strategy decisions are made by Morum AI.
When practical, we make reasonable efforts to redact, minimize, or anonymize sensitive information before using external tools. No redaction process is perfect, and you should not submit materials you are not authorized to share.
4. Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve content. This tool may collect information such as device type, pages visited, approximate location, and actions taken. We may add additional analytics or marketing tools in the future, such as tag management, campaign measurement, or audience insight platforms. Where required by law, we request consent before non-essential tracking is enabled.
